"Even if some of the main institutions in our culture have begun and prospered by offering shelter to alternative identities that did not find their due place amidst the mainstream, gone are the days when such was their sole purpose.

More than providing solace or refuge, clubs and parties nowadays sustain a global scene that has in it's members a myriad of lifestyles, perspectives and preferences.

These are the tenets that shaped ODD from it's inception and are an intrinsic part of the experience it strives to foster at each edition.

Still, as intense and unique an event can be, there are limits to what it might accomplish, being inhibited by the same force that defi(n)es our own existence: time.

Between a lifetime and the party time many moments lie, some last longer, while some linger. But what sets them apart is their resilience against this inescapable condition.

Bearing this reality in mind, ODDiscos appears as a challenge to such obdurate force, even if a simple one, by materialising the creative energy that propels the project in musical form and through many formats.

More than "just" a label, it is an alternative platform to everything everyone does, within and without the collective."

For the first ODDiscos release, named as "Incarn EP", ODD's cornerstones Davis, Vermelho, Zopelar and uprising talent Frontinn, delivers four distinct yet unique tracks fullfilled with breaks, synths and acid.
